You can return or exchange
items within 14 days of receiving the item (Saturday and Sunday
included).
Inside the order you will find
the return label. You will also find instructions for
return.
Enter the items to return
in their original packaging making sure that the item is in the same
conditions in which it was received with the warranty seal attached.
Please indicate on the right side
of the sheet (you will find it in the original packaging) if it is a return or
of a change.
Seal the order carefully and
paste the shipping label found inside the package on the outside
box.
You can bring the order in a
TNT collection center or book collection by calling the assistance number
of your country.
Shipping costs for
refund will be entirely borne by the customer, therefore the amount
Total refund will not include shipping costs.
For national returns (Italy) the
shipping costs amount to 10 euros, while international ones
(worldwide) amount to 29 euros.
Once the order is received and verified
that everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund, deducting the costs
return.
Items purchased during Private Sale CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased in store can be exchanged for another item but NOT returned.
Items purchased with Gift
Card, they CANNOT be returned.
